I'm not sure what was happening here. He was watching his reflection in the window and slowly raising his arms over his head repeatedly. Perhaps he was exercising, perhaps on drugs, perhaps narcissistic. I did not see the tablet in his hand until I enlarged it. He was there for five minutes or more doing the same thing.
